I am honored to have been asked to speak on a topic I am passionate about for the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County. My presentation, “The Life Insurance Policy Crisis: The Advisors’ and Trustees’ Guide To Managing Risks and Avoiding a Client Crisis,” will cover important information that advisors and amateur trustees need to know to protect the underlying structure of their clients’ trusts as well as their individually owned life insurance policies.
